The interpreter’s and translator’s seal has a round shape of 36 mm diameter pursuant to the Act no. 352/2001 Sb. on using symbols of the Czech Republic, as amended. There is a small national emblem inside the circle on the circumference of which the name, surname and event. title of the interpreter, together with his/her language specialization, in words: “ interpreter of ....... language" are given. The seal must not include any other data. The official stamp is a mono-colored, either blue or violet. For better differentiation of names and surnames the surname may be written in capital letters as recommended by EU.
